Jim Parke
Jim Parke has practised law since being called to the Bar in Queensland in 1991 and has been Managing Director of Parke Lawyers since 1994. Jim has extensive experience and expertise in business law, commercial litigation, corporate governance, employment law and intellectual property. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
Strongly community-minded, Jim Parke is the only Australian to ever hold the office of President of Crime Stoppers International. He has also previously served as Chairman of Crime Stoppers Australia, Chairman of Crime Stoppers Queensland, President of the Victims of Crime Association of Queensland and Deputy Chairman of Volunteering Australia. He is the immediate past President of the Victorian Division of the Institute of Mercantile Agents.
