Roland Muller
Roland holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Laws (Legal Practice, Skills & Ethics) from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. He has particular interest and experience in appearance work, advocacy, plea making and dispute resolution in a range of litigious, regulatory and criminal law matters. He regularly appears in Victorian courts and other jurisdictions, both for direct clients and on the instructions of other practitioners. Roland is entitled to practise in all state and federal jurisdictions and is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Roland's clients benefit from his experience gained in private practice, a community legal service, as an acting Associate to Judges of the County Court of Victoria and paralegal work with a major Victorian statutory corporation. He applies a strategic, results-focused approach to all matters and encourages clients to consider not only their legal needs, but also commercial and personal objectives.
